Booking & payment
- Your booking is confirmed upon payment of 100% of the total cost in advance.
- Payment methods: bank transfer, cash and cards.
- Multi-day kayaking expeditions may have special conditions, which will be advised when quoting.
Guest cancellations
- More than 7 days in advance: 95% refund (5% retained for administrative costs).
- Between 7 and 3 days in advance: 50% refund.
- Less than 72 hours in advance or in the event of a no-show: no refund.
- All cancellations must be submitted in writing via WhatsApp or email.
Weather & safety cancellations
- If ChileAndes suspends the activity due to weather, water conditions or safety concerns, you may reschedule at no cost or receive a 100% refund.
- The decision to suspend an activity for safety reasons rests exclusively with the guiding team.
Rescheduling
- Rescheduling is free with more than 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
- Requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice are subject to assessment.
Important
- Guests must arrive at the indicated time; departures do not wait for late arrivals.
- Some experiences require a minimum number of participants; if this is not reached, we offer rescheduling or a 100% refund.
- Kayaking expeditions require previous experience; ChileAndes may move a guest to another experience if they do not meet the required level.
